At The Scented, we want you to love every fragrance you discover; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are in their original packaging and have not been extensively used to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Fragrance
Securely pack the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
